Converts your original Active Height Control (AHC) suspension system into standard non-adjustable suspension setup with the ride height near to standard or as listed. For models with the 1160mm long torsion bars (diesel models). This Kit comprises of:

This Kit Contains 

The Nitro Gas shocks 2 x 12795GR & 2 x 12796GR. These are the best value for affordable performance shocks in all common conditions, they were developed for the 4x4 owner who drives mostly on road but still requires enhanced ride, comfort and strength for weekend offroad adventure. Highly versatile, the shock is a big step up above OEM suspension in performance and control. Ironman Nitro Gas Shocks provide exceptional performance for both standard and raised height 4x4's whilst delivering superior ride control and comfort both on and off road. Nitro Gas Shock will improve stability when towing or carrying a load. This spring is recommended when the given load may be occasional or temporary. Excellent for vehicles which have some accessories fitted. All Ironman Springs are designed to provide vehicle lift over standard. IFS or IRS (Independent Suspension) equipped vehicles generally lift around 35mm.Estimated Lift 2"

Uprated Torsion Bars. Front Torsion Bars Lift: + 25 mm, Ironman Torsion Bars are thicker than standard torsion bars fitted as original equipment. Original equipment torsion bars are designed to carry the weight of the vehicle as designed by their manufacturer. The adjustment incorporated in torsion bar vehicles is not intended to be used to compensate for carrying additional load. Additional 4x4 accessories such as a bull bar, winches and dual battery kit places enormous stress on standard torsion bars. Being uprated (thicker spring steel) Ironman torsion bars enhance ride comfort by controlling suspension travel whether carrying additional accessories or a full load of passengers. Ironman torsion bars will make your 4x4 safer while providing more comfortable cornering and braking efficiency. All Ironman torsion bars have upset forged ends and are pre set to minimize sag. Ironman 4x4 Torsion bars produced by Ironman 4x4 undergo class leading manufacturing processes to ensure the highest possible quality, including: Up-Set Forged Ends ñStronger than machining alone, forging manipulates steel grain for superior strength and durability. BRACKET100 Pair.

The 100 Series Land Cruiser with IFS have experienced issues with cracking of the lower control arm around the area that the Torsion Bar torque arms bolt to due to the high torque and impact loadings passing through the torsion bars and the lower control arm.

The Ironman 4x4 reinforcing bracket is a folded plate that when bolted on, strengthens the lower control arm in the area where cracking is experienced.

Ironman 4x4 recommend fitting a Torsion Bar Strengthening Brace on all 100 series IFS regardless to whether they have any aftermarket components.
